Title: Retro-fitting fogs.
Post by: woahnowboys on September 16, 2013, 09:03:13 pm
I know there are a few threads on this already, but most people seem to give up after realising the costs of replacing everything. :signLOL:

I've already got 'dummy' fogs on my MK5, just the surrounds and fogs with no bulbs or wiring.
I'll be buying a 'euroswitch' headlight switch soon, purely for the look.
But I figured, I've got most of it there, all I need now surely is some wiring, bulbs and vagcom magic, and I'm there?

Can anyone shine some light on this for me?
Pardon the pun. :stupid:
PS. Sorry if I'm missing an abundance of answers to this on the forum :signLOL:

Thanks for the link, but now I have a problem since I don't have a highline computer..

So I'll need a relay based configuration?
There are kits for this I've found online, but from the US. :sad1:
