Title: iPad Mini rival?
Post by: MC71 on September 24, 2013, 06:58:05 am
Anyone know about this?  iPad alternative?

Seen this advertised lately, no idea if its any good or another crap rip off, it's from Tesco's and the trying in on the market and at only £120 (or £60 with vouchers) it might be worth a punt.

will definitely take a closer look at these next week when they are out. I think they will be ideal for my kids as they are nice and cheap and only a little smaller than an ipad mini

I have been looking at all the other mini tablets recently but do not really want my 8 year old wandering around with £200 quids worth of kit but this could fit the bill ideally. I will also finally be able to wrestle my iPad back off my 5 year old boy !!!

I would go with Nexus 7 for a tablet, amazing value.

Aren't the nexus 7's close to £180 though

I just think close to £100 is so much easier to bear for youngish kids

Open minded with this so will check out the hudl and see how we get on
