Title: Dipstick brittle how much for a new one ?

Just checking my oil the other day and the little cone shape towards the top of the dipstick is brittle.

It just crumbled in my fingers,  the o ring seems fine above it.

But i may as well get a new dipstick , any idea how much a new one costs ?

Shame there isnt one for the diesel, the plastic end is black and makes reading the oil level a pain

Cost me €10, so probably about £8 from the dealers  :happy2:
