They've apparently replied again saying that they will buy the car for £23k as long as its delivered to a children's charity nearby and that the charity also accepts donations

Are you saying that widowed wives and orphans don't need a bit of help? Are you one of the many who think 20mph limits are a great idea for the road you live in, but no others? Perhaps you also think that the training you got aged 17 was good enough? Now I'm making a sweeping judgement on your one post, so I'm probably wrong.
