I'm just about to order some fresh brake fluid, question is will 1litre be enough or should I order an extra litre just to be on the safe side. Cheers :happy2:

I think you need at least two litres for a full brake fluid change :confused:

Actually one litre should be enough provided you don't encounter any problems with bleeding the system.

Let another case of the dealers charging for more than is needed then :fighting:

I'll split the difference then and get an extra 500ml and if i don't need I'll keep it for next time. Thanks again for the advice. :happy2:

Done it twice on my car and on each occassion there was a little left over in the container.
In case anyone asks, the oem brake fluid was changed to ATE super blue (it's blue in colour) so it was easy to tell when the system was fully purged of the oem clear brake fluid.
