I have Eibach antirollbars on my mk2 vRS Octavia and I´m very happy with them. Haven´t tried the others...

I also have the pair. Very happy too. Mine are working with a Bilstein B12 kit which may have a positive impact on my assessment of the ARB's.

Forgot to mention. I have H&R Monotubes with the ARB´s so they affect also on the rideguality

I am a fan of H&R ARB's because they are maintenance FREE (teflon bushings).
For track I would use the 28/24 setup.
H&R used to make e 28 rear ARB but I am not sure they make it any more. The closest thing would be a 27 BSH rear ARB. Both of these are quite dangerous if you don't really know what you are doing but are great especially on autocros or other slow speed events.

Fully agree on H&R sway bars. Just compare them when you hold them in your
hands, and you'll agree, built quality is excellent - there's no match to them.
