Title: Dash air vents

This may sound a silly question but don't the golfs usually have the little grab handle on the central air vents to move from side to side?

Just found a golf i'm interested in and never seen one without them until now? Could it have been a factory extra to have them perhaps? Just happened to notice it didn't have them so thought id ask..

The little rectangle / square with a chrome lip? Mine has them. Didnt know they didnt have them?!  :confused:

Yep thats the one.. i can link you up to the car on autotrader? The side vents seem to have them but hte middle ones are just not there for some reason

No that's not right. They all had little handles on them to adjust the flow of air. I suspect they've been broken.

That's nearly £10k for a GTI and nothing special about it. Not worth it for me.

you can see in the interior photo on the left side passenger vent has the chrome slider. centre ones have been broken off!

i agree with you jay.. There was a black one with the majority of the extra's sunroof, leathers, heated seats, the lot besides folding mirrors and puddle lights basically on a 56 plate for £8600 and im sure it had about the same milage.. to be honest im not fussed about having every extra i just want something newer than 05/55/06 something with low miles and one or two extras like sat nav, highline dash display, MFSW and an armrest would be ideal for me and i would love one in white but it seems white is expensive compared to other colours :/ if i was honest i don't want black again as i've had 2 black golfs now.. fancying a change  :smiley:
