Hi,
I have a 2007 ED30 (manual) which is due a service in a week or two. I had 'the big one done' last yr including the cam belt and water pump. Car is just coming up to 50k miles.
I was thinking maybe a new DV and cam follower?
what do you think?
Cheers,
J

Anyone???

DV rev G
Cam follower
Spark plugs if they have not been done
PCV rev N
All just precautionary stuff really!

I'd change the DV to a Revision G, check the PCV, change the cam follower if your cars mapped due to extra wear on it or if its never been changed, change the fuel filter (VW will tell you this does not need doing, it does, its a filter). Look at changing your oil to the 5W 40 oil, I had this recommended to me by Alex at AKSTuning who looks after my car.
