Title: What is this part? (cover) - Pic included

I am missing this cover below, does anyone have a part number? also if anyone has a spare that would be great :innocent:

Also Is it safe to drive it around like this?

I'll take mine off at lunch to check the part number if no one else gets back to you before hand

It may slightly effect performance but not by much I would imagine.

I removed it because it wouldn't sit properly and didn't want it destroying itself in the rad fans. I'm not usually a big fan of CAI's, although I've had two on the GTI, but anything to get rid of the standard bloody airbox arrangement, which is a pain to remove a pain to fit, and if not on absolutely perfectly can pull thetop of the oil filler cap off; as well as straining other areas of the induction, like you've shown.

No problem, the part number on mine is - 1K0 805 965 C

Mine was purchased about a year ago
