First of all I've not got a clue when it comes to this stuff and I realise the man to see / speak too is EDDIE but I'm a little to far away on the south coast!
If I can purchase some tdi high line clocks for my tdi how easy is the fit? Do I need to change any modules? Does it matter what millage they read? I suppose they have to be coded! Will the milage read the same as mine once done? I have the kenwood dnx520 fitted, would any info display on the new clocks?
So many questions and no answers!!!

I'm in exactly the same boat mate, I pick up my gti on Wednesday, comes with the midline clocks and would really like to upgrade to highline clocks or some of the nice looking golf plus clocks I saw in one of Eddie's other posts. I'm still trying to find out everything I need exactly and where abouts to get the parts from.

There is a how to on here on how to swap and code the clocks. I will be doing mine at the weekend with the help of a mate.

Join the club, mate :-). I'm struggling to find European-spec 1K6 920 974 clocks. I can find US ones with Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, but you need to change the foils and I don't trust myself to not c0ck it up.

If anyone has a 2004-2006 golf and has highline clocks with part numbers ending in 970,971,972 I can do them.
I am based in London
