hey! well its been a long time coming but finally i bought a mk5 gti. A white 06 plate dsg to be exact! xtras on the car were..sunroof, 18's, arm rest.

I have owned a polo in the past but for 3 years have been side tracked by Mitsubishi Colts! Alot of people wont know exactly what a CZT is or what they are capable of, but with 162bhp and 160 lb-ft out the factory rather tan the 150bhp and 155 lb-ft most are quicker than the figures suggest. I got induction, exhaust an fmic fitted and after remap made 223bhp and 245 lb-ft and was alot of fun!

I was/am admin on the colt owners forum and really enjoyed the forum spirit!

But! i want to start with a 200bhp gti and work my way up again to alot more hopfully!

i have a few question and help with planned mods but will put those in the relevant places on the forum!!

two things i have been wanting to do for years, go to edition (i know i just missed it) and a road trip to the nurburgring!

Looks like you may have a chance sooner than you think. There is a group of us heading over to the Ring in October! :happy2:

can any one show me the difference in the gti and ed30 splitter?

I think white is the best colour going these days for the GTi :love:

Though, any colour, when clean & polished looks the shizzle :innocent: :pomppomp:

Not the best pictures but the ED30/Pirelli splitter is slightly more broad and deeper.
