Title: Deleted video off iphone

My daughter has accidentally deleted a video off the wife's iPhone. It was in the camera role but hadn't been backed up. I've seen on tinternet there is some software that can restore it. Has anyone used this kind of software with success or know if they work. Bit unsure about trying in case it turns the phone into a dead brick.

Cheers for the swift responses. They only seem to be for android not iPhone but cheers anyway.
