Went to National Tyre this afternoon to get a 4 wheel alignment, but was told they can't do it on there machine and it has to go on a computerized one, because of the car being lowered

Does anybody know? or been told the same?

My old polo was on the ground, always got wheel alignment done with their equipment.

I got mine done from Goodwin tyres in ilford, ,Essex.
