Title: Should you feel a lot of torque at Stage 2 Revo?
Post by: Homer on November 04, 2013, 08:26:25 pm
Hi, so recently went Stage 2 Revo which meant Revo intake, downpipe sports cat. I also got Rev G DV.

The only thing is I can't always feel a lot of torque, I thought it would have been more... Also I was having boost issues before going Stage 2 so I had DV changed as I thought that was it. Plus they ran VCDS etc and couldn't find anything.

So for those of you that went stage 2 did you notice a big increase in torque?

Not sure what else to do really, might try changing the MAF sensor see if that makes a difference. Any thoughts on what else it could be? Thanks.

i think its at 2+ with the addition of the HPFP and RS4 FPRV where it becomes a lot more torqueier

Berg is right.

In  some instances going stage 2 has actually not increased torque, but gained power.

What fuel was it mapped on? Mine was mapped on 99, if I put anything else in it holds back ALOT.

I thought that stage was supposed to give you better midrange torque?

It might do a but you you have to have the 2+ map with HPFP for the torque to really rise to 340-350+lb ft
