Title: Downpipe and sports cat Question
Post by: micaerin on November 05, 2013, 11:11:36 pm
Looking at changing my down pipe and cat to a sports cat, but don't want to go to a stage 2 map. do you have to go stage 2 to prevent any warning lights on dash

It's not a stage of tuning as such it's more coding out the lambda...

im running stage 1 blufin at the moment and not really thought of going stage 2, as stage 1 seems so much better than stock.

Don't waste your cash if your not going to get the software to go with it... Stage 2 BF I found much more torquey than stage 1... Free upgrade too, think its about 50 notes now.  But there are better maps out there. :happy2:

If you ask the guys at superchips  nicely I'm sure they could modify a stage 1 map to map out the emissions light warnings for fitting a sports cat
