Hello, just picked up my eddy from vw after having a service and they told me the car had logged an engine falt  but they found no symptoms, this has worried me now as the engine management light came on about a month ago but went off within a few hours so I thought nothing of it, on the check list is says the problem was 

Intermittent falt stored in engine for evap emissions (purge flow) no symptoms

Any ideas what this means anyone ??

Do you normally brim your fuel tank when filling up as that can lead to a similar error...

The time the engine management light cane on about a month ago it was after a 230 mile drive and I filled up then but rearely fill it right up, do you no what it means in simple terms lol ? Thanks
