Hi all,
Well I'm afraid to say that my old Passat has finally passed away late last week :cry:

She has been in my life for that last 190,000 miles and 8 years! She struggled right to the very end until her time passed. The good news is that she got replaced by my new to me MK5 Golf GT TDI 170 :D

So what should I do to her????
She already is remaped with DPF removed.
Just Retro Fitted Cruise control, tyre pressure monitoring, but just need a new look!!

Should I upgrade the brakes to the TTRS calipers? Any other mods should I do? or faults to look out for? all your advise welcomed as always!!!

Dont do the carbon wrap! :happy2:

+1 on not wrapping the roof. My opinion on lm's is only buy genuine ones, they look 10 times better and you get the better looking lips. Also get xenon's as they make the front look a lot cleaner :)

Looks good on the LMs, personally if you go for a roof wrap I'd keep it a single colour and stay away from carbon

A lot of work just for a light upgrade! with the Xenon's ill have to have the washers install and auto level install as well!! But do have them fitted to my mk1 golf so might consider it.. Defo agree on the LM's though, still not sure wether its the best wheel option to go for.. But need the clearance for the TTRS calipers..

I've done the xenon upgrade and haven't done washers or auto leveling and still passed my m.o.t
You'll clear ttrs brakes with genuine lm's. I'd say stay above 18", loads of wheels out there.

Well parts I'm after:-
1 x TTRS caliper's
1 x Darkside GTB Turbo Kit (300 Bhp Version)
1 x Clutch for above!!
1 x Edition30 rear bumper
1 x Mask for the bank job I going to do to pay for above!!! :grin:
