Iv booked a 7day trip to Vegas with my partner to stay at the luxor hotel in end half of April. I wanted to no if anyone here has been to Vegas before and could recommend fun things to do. Not massively fussed about the casinos but will definitely do some because I'll be in Vegas lol. Seen a passenger ride in a 600bhp nascar for around 70pounds that I wanna try and do plus a helicopter ride of the strip at night for £50 each. In terms of spending money I'll be taking roughly $3-3.5k. Any advice would be great as this will be our once in a lifetime trip before we save for house so want it to be amazing. Just back! went with a good few of my pals we hired 2 camero soft tops and went bungie jumping at the grand canyon. Its an awesome holiday :happy2:

Did this when I went last year...what an experience!!!
Another vote for the Hoover Dam & Grand Canyon :happy2: I did a coach tour to the dam. Took a plane and then coach to the canyon, best combo for the best view's IMO.
Other things I enjoyed:
View from the stratosphere
Buffet dinner at the Wynn
Bellagio fountains (especially at night)

Just got back myself and have been a few times. We did a road trip in a convertible Mustang and did Los Angeles, Hollywood, Malibu, Venice Beach etc. then travelled Route66 to stay for 10 days in Vegas. Grand Canyon (a long drive but well worth it) and Hoover dam are a must see and Vegas has plenty to see and do.
Go to Freemont Street, try the rides on the top of the Stratosphere, go to the shows, as well as all the other attractions inside each hotel.
If you get stuck for things to do in Las Vegas then you haven't looked, there's loads to keep you entertained including the "Ladies to your door" (guaranteed you'll come across them, if you'll excuse the double entendre :laugh:!!)

Great replies so far thanks. Yeah iv been looking loads at YouTube for videos and the web for things to do but just wanted to hear your real experiences about the shows and other things. Tbh it maybe that there's soo much to do I don't wanna waste time on the crap stuff. Yeah saw there's a few shooting places. Also gonna hit the freemont for the shopping. How did you guys book your activities? Did you do it whilest out there or did you book online before? If so what websites were they please?

Wouldn't mind renting a musle car and driving it about Vegas lol. I am soo excited as I never go on holiday ever lol.
