Title: Wiring help

I need to put a controller in the boot for my rear screens. It take three main wires

1. Acc power (ignition)
2. Parking break
3. Ground

Can I just put 1 and 3 on to the rear points of the cigarette lighter on the boot ?

And been told to connect 2 to 3 for a bypass

? This ok ? Or can anyone advise better please

The cig lighter has three terminals ? Which one would be ignition ? I don't really want it live all the time
