Hi Folks this is my dyno run from today, whilst the power is what was expected the fueling is not.. The tuner, Stan, has said that the car is running lean and that I need to change the Revo settings so that it runs richer. Stan doesnt do Revo so will be going back to the tuner that did it.
Any thoughts on this, would this be a simple enough thing to have done? Thanks for any input.

Car and mods?

MK5 GTI - Stage 2 Revo, Revo Intake, Eurojet Sports Cat and Downpipe. Thanks.

your gonna need a uprated hpfp to allow for more fuel.
-
The HPFP should only be needed at stage 2+ not stage 2.
To be honest Revo turned cars do tend to waver around 12:1 AFR. The power is good and linear on the graph without the tell tail sign of a dip between 4-5krpms and the power peaks around 6krpms, which again is about right.
270bhp is a very healthy power point for stage 2 with the K03

looks ok to me

Looks fine to me with lambda below 13%.
Mine shows a defined line at 13%...yours and mine are both below that. I was told no need to worry unless it exceeds 13% unused O2.
This is wheel hp but regardless, the lambda should remain below 13%. Otherwise, you need more fueling to burn up that excess O2. This Tuner has that 13% line on their graphs whether they're tuning 330bhp or 1000bhp engines.

For info here are two plots from mine. The first is Revo stage 1, no other mods.

The second is for Revo stage 2, mods as per signature.

Not sure if this is of any use for you but the comparison may help you somehow. :happy2:

Still...these are all looking great. My K04 gets "richer" too...but that's not bad...it just means that the firing is more efficient as there is less remaining O2 in the exhaust...meaning better mixture in the combustion :happy2:
