Title: Milltek R32 style cat back, will it fit a tdi?

My R32 style Milltek is coming off to be replaced by a BCS, but need to know if the Milltek will fit on a TDI as a friend is going to have it off of me providing it does.

As far as i can see it looks like the same layout, but i may be wrong.

Sure one of you guys can clarify for me

they do fit but have to change the rear valance
