Thankyou

Thats all Im going for really, better than standard. Just having a bit of fun on my days off  :P

I must say these reps are HEAVY. So heavy i even thought i felt a slight lack of power, but dont know if thats cause the novelty of coming from a 1l to a 1.9l is wearing off?? Or a mind trick.

Plans are paint it, sort some fogs out, get the springs on, do some research on a new exhaust and quite interested in r32 rears.

In time ill be changing the colour of the stripe up too. colour = undecided

I'd say keep your eye out for a cheap set of genuine 17" Monzas. You'll be amazed at how more comfy your car is and how it will handle/drive better with the amount of power you have. I've went from rep wheels to genuine before (replica 17's to genuine porsche wiiiide 18's on my Mk4 Golf) and they were still lighter regardless they were twice as wide!!

Plans are paint it, sort some fogs out, get the springs on, do some research on a new exhaust and quite interested in r32 rears.

You could remove the rear backbox (get a straight thru pipe welded in) to free up your exhaust and it will improve the responsiveness of the diesel. See my old buidl thread for some photos. I got my rear pipe welded up with GTI style pipes for £100 in stainless pipe.

In time ill be changing the colour of the stripe up too. colour = undecided

Nice! Silver, or gold maybe?

Just having a look through both your build threads, love what youve done.

Get the bumper painted mate..  :indifferent:

If you can't get it sorted with work then here's a suggestion fit your old bumper back on and give the bodyshop your bumper! They'd only take it off to paint anyway..  :popcornsoda:
