Good evening all I am trying to figure out what colour leather was available in the MK5 from start 2003 to end of production 2009.
From what I have found using Google there are only two colour options - beige and Grey. If this is the case was this across the whole range including GTI and R32?
From looking at various pictures it seems that later models received a darker leather option very dark grey/black.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

I think this is correct across the whole range, including GTI and R32, just the two options.
My 2008 GTI had the dark grey leather, which actually looked black on the showroom pictures. All down to the camera I guess!
*Edit* in fact, I think the special edition Recaros were black? As seen in some R32's, and possibly GTI's? :popcornsoda:

Interesting. I have done some mild digging http://www.volkswagen.co.uk/used/old-brochure (http://www.volkswagen.co.uk/used/old-brochure)
All MK5's had two colour options
Anthracite (TG) R32 (Tk) not sure what the two digits refer to?
Beige - Phased out after 2006?
The MK6 has three
Titan Black
Truffle Brown
Corn Silk Beige
