Apologies if this is a repost - the thing that excites me is the VR6 engine. Is the R32 (or a successor thereof) about to make a comeback?

the old VR6 was a 20 year old design when it was ditched. you can't tell me that a modern VR6 would be more polluting than modern Ferraris et al that are being released with V8s and V12s?

don't get me wrong, i still think the rebirth of the VR6 is but a dream, but i don't think emissions laws will be the reason.
