Title: Electric Window Problem.

As l got into my car this morning, l noticed a loop of thin cable poking out from the inside of my passenger side window. I assume that this is the cable that activates the electric window but lm not sure how it came to be poking up. How can l re-connect this? Any idea how it happened?
