Hi everyone

I havent got a GTI yet but am looking to buy one shortly and would like some buying advice, where is the best place to post?

How much are you looking to spend?  :laugh:

keep an eye on Auto trader, i have just noticed a big influx of Ed30`s on the run up to xmas. K04 FTW!!

Between 8-9k, I've seen a few on Auto Trader for around this price range with FSH, average mileage, 07 Plate etc but was wondering if this price normal as I've also seen some similar spec GTi's for around 2k more

Well I got mine from a dealer for 12k with only 32k on the clock, FVWSH and all the mods except Xenon's.

worth just checking a few times a day (that's all I did), something will definitely come up before the holidays, most likely some poor bugger is going to need the cash with a quick sale to buy the kids a PS4/XBOX  :stupid:

They do tend to stick around on the sights and after a month if its a dealer they will drop it by about 1k if it isn't gaining interest.

So is 8-9k a realistic price for a decent Edition 30?

Low end one, budget 10-11k for a decent spec/condition one
