Title: Shipping boxes for wheels?

Need boxes to ship some wheels in, Where's the best place to get them?

You could just wrap each individual wheel up in loads of bubble wrap (i really do mean loads) and then cover them with some bin liners. Thats how i sent my old wheels off. They turned up to the buyer in perfect condition :smiley:

Or, try supermarkets see if they have an boxes that are big enough!

You can get bubble wrap cheaply from eBay too

Thanks for the suggestions but I meant to say these are not normal VAG wheels, they're nearly 50 year old Borrani 15"x5" 72 spoke Wire wheels and will need some decent boxes, I will be hung if I only bubble wrap them for shipping!  :laugh:

I've looked around, just wandering if anyone's used a particular company for packaging that they can recommend.

Google a company called SixOneTwo.  They should be able to sort you out with some boxes.

There is a company, that supply the wrap when collecting the wheels, as far as i iknow they use blankets, large ones.

I will check threw my emails to find out there web address  :happy2: they come, wrap them up and deliver
