Title: Is this the RNS 510 stereo, or an older one?

Not an inherently bad unit but the DVD based one (chrome buttons) is better, RNS-510 worlds better lol!

Oh right, cool thanks mate,
He offered it me outside of e bay for Â£420, but in that case I will pass and stick with my aftermarket Kenwood one.

I think you can get lucky on ebay and get one for that price. Don't know the condition of these etc.
