i have a standard ed30 intercooler and a forge twincooler, but im going to get an s3 cooler too but will i be able to use the twincooler hoses if i just take the bayonet fittings out?
-
No, you'll need different hoses. Gti and the S3 hoses are slightly different shape and size
You'll have to contact Forge, mine cost around £110 iirc :happy2:

Don't bother with a Twintercooler if you have an S3 cooler... waste of time and money. Sell the Twintercooler mate. :booty:

i did think this and was very sceptical about adding the twintercooler so my s3 intercooler as the s3 is good for 500bhp, so you defo dont need the twintercooler. however, after fitting it it was noticeably faster at the top end....as timing was increased from 5 to 6

Mines set at 7 (setup by AKS), and is due to the twintercooler - I think its great :happy2:
