is there really anyway to get a decent high quality image from an iphone, any cool apps or anything that really help when taking pictures of cars?

You can't change the camera but if you buy yourself a Olloclip 4-IN-1 Photo Lens for iPhone 5/5s or 4/4s can improve general pictures/images on your Iphone. :happy2:
