Title: Gearbox question.... TDI.

Mines not got long left, shifts & drives absolutely fine but the noises are scaring me haha.

Have been quoted around £1400 for a recon box with mine in exchange.

Just wondering how much I should be expecting to pay really and if anyone has had it done?

Had mine done by ace gearboxes in Northampton and they were pretty good, also came with a 1yr warranty which sold it to me.  Paid just over £1k for a full recon and they changed nearly every syncro.
