Right I have done some googling but can't get me the right answer for some reason. Maybe I am being stupid.
I want to upgrade the standard GTi headlight bulbs. From what I can see both the dipped and the main beams are H7 bulbs. Is this correct?
If this IS correct, I want to get some Osram Nightbreakers. Would it be alright to put them in both slots?
-
yes and yes! get some nice led sides aswell and your good to go :happy2:
-
Osram Nightbreakers are decent halogen bulbs, I tend to get my set from Euro Car Parts which is less than £18 for the Unlimited set (or £13 for the Plus longer life versions whichever you fancy).
-
Sweet. Well that was easy. Added to my list!
-
Yes both H7.
Osram nightbreakers are good, get the pure white shade :)

I've just bought these on Amazon - Philips 12972-XVS2 H7 X-Treme Vision - for a bargain £18.80. These were the test winners in the Auto express test this year btw

Parents were asking for stocking filler ideas! IDEAL!

Are u guys sure main beam is H7? Our MK2 Leon and Octavia both have H1 for main beam!
-
..yep, both are H7 bulbs.
