Hi guys, need a bit of advice...
My battery has been giving me grief over the last few weeks. In the day or evenings after being driven the car starts fine!
At night or early mornings (coldest and 6 hours+ from being last driven) it struggles to start and last night I had to get the car jump started!
Would this be the battery? Maybe due to the cold etc, or is my alternator not doing its job?
Thanks in advance!

take it down to Halfords and they will check the battery out for free.

I'd say your battery is on it's way out.
If your alternator wasn't charging you'd have to jump start your car everytime you went to start it.
As Paul has said, get it to halfords or any half decent auto centre and they'll test it for free :happy2:

Vcds should tell you the output of the alternator.
Have access to a trade card to get discount on a battery at halfords?

Think a couple of mates have access to a trade card :happy2:
Cheers guys, gona head down there after work... if the car starts :signLOL:
