Need the extra seats and access as 3 year old twins. What are people's views on these. been offered an 2011 for 14k
-
My view is! it looks like an abomination. I haven't even been in one but i feel BMW have taken the piss out of us with all these incarnations after the first remake was such a success for them. I can just imagine the design team laughing there cocks off at us. It reminds me of a Fiat multipla from most angles. :rolleye:
You did ask.

I've gotta be honest, for £14k with extra seats there'd be other 2011 plates higher up my list and none of them are Mini based :ashamed: :chicken:
-
You should see the price new. They are more than an M135i!!!!!

Why not a golf? I have to agree with everyone else in That the countryman is the worst of all the mini models available. So fugly....
-
BMW got it wrong even with its "mini" name, as it's not even that :stupid:
Countryman is just wrong, even without having wooden doors like its predecessor
-
Looks and value aside, it's just far too small for 2 kids and their associated stuff. You'd be making life hard for yourself.
-
14k sounds ok but all depends on what model and spec
Where are the extra seats in a countryman over a golf ? there's less in a countryman as there are only two seats in the back
I drove one , it was nice but it was a brand new 8 miles on the clock cooper s
Countryman is also not very popular , hence they may appear cheap compared to new prices .
whats wrong with a 5 door Golf ? Audi A4 estate ? There's not alot of room in a countryman for stuff either
-
Love the way the newer ones say the name all the way across the boot. Makes me want to pick off the O and the R!
-
SWMBO's been running a mini cooper for the last two year - i absolutely hate the thing.
The ONLY thing it's going going for it is cute looks - if you go for the big fat one then i'd guess that goes out the window too.. :fighting:
Very happy that this is going to be traded in the new year. I'm not a fan of people carriers but the grand C-max that she's having next is better in every area. Not what i'd buy but hey, it's her money we're spending so i can't complain.

Want something with all wheel drive, only kids going into the car when being dropped off at nursery. Wife has a Touran for family outings.
-
one ugly mutha
-
Well if you've got twins it's "tank" you'll need and this visually, is nearly there!
let's face it children at that age destroy everything.
On a positive side if the price is right, buy it, longs it's comes with a good warranty period - The fitters are not a lover of them too many repetitive silly faults.

Fiat panda 4x4?! :signLOL:

Golf Plus/Seat Altea XL/Skoda Yeti?!
