Title: Urgent help needed

So I've just been out in the car and I was on the highway in fourth then put it into fifth and my car started to shake and shudder so I put it into sixth and it got worse so bad I honestly thought the engine was about to fall out!

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Also my transmission light kept flashing!

I've lately just had my car remapped and installed a CAI

Sounds like a failing coil pack but you really need to get it scanned.
