Title: Rns510 map update

Does anyone know if you can turn the radio & do the map update with the car locked

Yes u can. But around 20 minutes into it the rns switches off and you need to switch it on again.

The radio will turn itself off after a while, suspending the update. Once your get back in the car and turn it back on the update should resume.

Hi all..

Sorry to jump on to this, I will start a new post..

I'm about to update my ver C rns510 to new firmware and V10 maps (with a can gateway)
Or should I say I would like to upgrade to v10 maps..
Does any one know where I can get a copy of the v10 maps..
I know a couple of kind soles on here were passing a copy around..
