Title: Front Wheel Arch Corrosion!

Hi Guy's
I dare say this has been discussed before, but imagine my surprise to find the early stages of rust bubbles forming on the front arches of my 2006 mk5 gti. Which incidentally i have owned from new and been very pleased with, so far!!
How many of you have experienced this, and what if any responses have you had from dealers regarding the 12 year corrosion warranty and any liability they may or may not except?

By the way the paintwork is original and no chips or scrapes are visible around the arches!
