Title: Windows not opening/closing via key fob

I installed an aftermarket head unit and since then I'm unable to close the window via the key fob. If I hold the unlock button only the passenger side opens, but when I hold the lock button the windows don't close. I had the battery terminals off while I connected up head unit and amp/sub. When I reconnected the battery I had various warning lights on but these all extinguished after driving the car for a couple of minutes.
Any one have any ideas what I've done wrong?

Not to worry. It's sorted itself out and now appears to be working correctly  :happy2:
