How i can changed or measure auto transmission fluid in my vw rabbit 2008 ??!!

It has to be done via VCDS mate.

The big question
Can i connected my pc with car if i have just ELM327 wifi ?!
To access VCDS .
And can i measure fluid in the app on iPad ( icnobd2 ) ?
