Looking for springs atm for mine, saw apex ones on eBay for considerably less than any others. Prob speaks for itself, might go for the eibach sport lines or teins myself. H&r seem to get good reviews too.

is there a certain way the springs should go that would affect the drop?

I got apex ones not fitted them yet though! Look good though and they keep the same spring rate whatever hight they are as the adjustment is done in the bottom cup!

I would have thought you can fit them upside down! The only thing I can think of is if you haven't got the spring seated in the shock properly?

Can you upload a pic mate?
