Title: Legit check on the-vw-specialist/Qpeformance

Hi I would like to know if anyone has ever done any business with the-vw-specialist/Qpeformance. Its because I bought a GT bumper from him 3weeks ago via paypal and I still haven't received anything.

The 1st week he posted the bumper too late and on the date it got here was the day I went on holiday. The 2nd week after I came back I had to call him everyday to tell him to ship it but he would forget. This is now the third week (Last week) and again I had to call/text him to ship it and eventually on Wednesday he said that he did via Hermes but I still haven't received anyhting. I tried to message+call him a couple of times to get the tracking but I got no reply.

Im now asking on here before opening a case on paypal tomorrow

What difference will it make if anyone here gives either good or bad feedback? It won't influence Paypal or Ebay in the decision making really, so I'd just go ahead and open a case.

I have used him before, seem'd pretty genuine I bought my GTI leather from him so had to collect from his lock up in Accrington.

But if you have not received I would def open a paypal case.......................
