Hello guys/girls


Been having a looking on here for a little while having a look around.

Not got a golf gti yet but hopefully going to see one at the weekend  :driver:

Looking at a 2005 and was wondering if there was anything in particular I should look out for??

It has got 60k miles with a full service history

Well I went to see the gti today instead
And it's mint so I went for it.

Need to sort out insurance and paper work tomorrow
But well looking forward to getting it  :driver:

Some of my in-laws live in St Saviour, Jersey.

Found it difficult to stick to the 20mph speed limit when we visited in 2012.  :signLOL:  :driver:

Get some pics up! Bet gtis are fairly unique on the island?

I would like to move over to one of the islands but the residency requirements.....

Picked up the car last night well happy with it

BUT needs a bloody good clean inside and out

Will get some pics up as soon as I remember my Dropbox password lol

There are a few mk5 gti's over here as soon as the come up there over priced, not so many mk6 gti's and a couple of mk7 gti's

Nice car. We were in Jersey last year and parked out side the back of our hotel was an Edition 30... looked like it had had a hard life! :laugh:
