Title: Change off wheel and ets and that
Post by: Tommyt90 on January 14, 2014, 03:34:41 pm
At the minute I've got some 3sdm's 8.5 front et 42 rear 9.5 et40 with 215/35 front and 225/40 rear. I've bought some bbs ch's for cheap 8 front and 9 rear. Et 42 all around. Gonna put 205/35 front and 215/40 rear. But to get the same stance as the 3sdms what spacers would I need.

Would I need hub centric or just longer bolts

No, you will need hubcentric spacers (to avoid wheel wobble you get with standard flat faced spacers) and bolts which are 6mm longer.. so you'd need to buy 33-35mm wheel bolts and hubcentric spacers.
While the edge of the wheel will sit the same you'll never the same look with a 9 on the back instead of a 9.5

I think ill bang them on and see how they look before I buy spacers. Sounds to much messing about for 6 mm :-/
