Title: edition 30 airfilter
Post by: BMX on September 25, 2009, 02:55:50 pm: had the cover off and thought i would inspect the airfilter, it was very grubby so i thought i would treat it to a new one. tried gsf and they did the mk5 gti but not the ed30. rang vw and got one there Â£15 but the parts man did say its a different part number? anyone know the difference, can be alot if the aftermarkets fit i guess just wondered

The p/n is P960137 and this is the same for the GTI, Ed30, FR, and Cupra.

It will do until I get the conversion piece for my Dbilas on the car!!!

me.

The BWA filter ends in an A whereas the BYD ends in a B and is thinner. Not by much mind but the numeric part of the number is the same. :wink:
