Title: Sat nav unit

It's properly been a topic about it but can't find a recentish 1. Would any unit just plug and work or is there any additional work to fit it like electrical.

The Vw Satnav is called rns510,plenty on eBay...

Do I have to change out though if I bought 1 would they fit or not drain my battery or out.
