Title: no power who can help - fault codes supplied

car has lost alot of power after something happened when changing from 2nd to 3rd the other day.. the traction control light came on and didnt go off, then there was not much power felt as though its in limp mode so im not sure what has happened but im getting these codes

01092 EVAP purge control valve (n80) circuit open PO444 no signal/no communication
00051 turbocharger bypass valve control circuit malfunction / open circuit p0033 no signal / no communication
00579 solenoid valve (A) for boost pressure control (N75) malfunction P0243 no signal / no communication

surely they cant all be faulty/broken . anyone able to help ill be grateful as its getting annoying driving with no power. thanks

What method / tool did you use to obtain the codes you've listed?

A mechanic I know had a diagnostic thing called sun, never heard of that make.

If it was me I would view this list and see if anyone is near you

You need to scan it with VCDS it offers a greater chance to see more of what's going on with your vehicle. :happy2:

Ok cheers mate I'll have a look didn't know that list was their , I have vagcom I need to install on my laptop but can't seem to do it

You will need the genuine ross-tech vcds cable and software - older vagcom doesn't work (e.g the ones used for mk4 golf etc)

Oh I've got a load of vw equipment that I got when I had my mk4 never got round to using it. I'll have to find someone local to me with the right kit

Is your DV electrical connector plugged in?

Yeh everything is plugged in, it was boosting quite hard before I changed gear then that's when it all went wrong :(
