Can VW Xenons be used LHD and RHD?? sking as car needs to pass Spanish MOT with them, have oppo to buy in UK....

Mine are OEM and have a lever inside the light that levels the cutoffs from   \   \  to  _    _  so i presume that setting is for LHD.  apparently the US spec OEM Xenons don't have that lever but UK ones do. (did loads of research)
