Thinkin of having the rear black bumper sprayed white to go with the paintwork, is it possible to sand down and re spray the stock bumper or is it best to get a new one, primed and have that sprayed????

Just get that one resprayed, you can sand it down or i think you can get fill primer, not to sure what the finish would be like close up, its best to go to a body shop for info but you definitely dont need a new bumper. :happy2:

Thats good to know, thanks mate :happy2:

Would probably need to de-bur the worst of it, then some high build primer and paint it. Saves buying a new bumper, lets just hope your not a fan of back to black and its silicone free. Painters problem right enough, not yours :P

haha "was" a big fan of it until now! will give it a while and clean it pretty much everyday anyway so hopefully be ok before i get it sprayed  :happy2:

Def a must for all GT/GTI bumpers. Looks ten times better painted. Mind only the top half of the bumper. Tis gonna be one of the first mods i do. (then exhaust and remap)
