Title: Audi S3 8L/TT 312mm front brakes

Hey guys.. I'm looking at these on another forum and I'm in need of a new set an thought why not go a bit better and upgrade.? Will this fit a 55 plate k04 mk5? and are these better than the original eom parts? Cheers bit of a noob :D

A Mk5 gti already comes with 312mm front brakes.   :smiley:

Thanks for the info. Is there a more favoured setup for bigger brake kits?

I'm not looking for huuuuge ones but an improvement would be nice seeing as I need new discs n pads anyway?

Mk5 R32 / Cupra K1 / S3 / Rocco R / Golf R carriers and calipers.

345mm discs.. Heavy but a definite upgrade in stopping power... Or Porsche 986 4 pots if you have more money, or full BBK if you have a bit more. :happy2:

If your still interested in brake upgrade i have 345mm disc and calipers from the S3

No, the discs use a completely different stud pattern and so will not fit the hubs.
As mentioned, S3 is a good upgrade.
