Title: What an experience
Post by: skard on January 26, 2014, 10:43:54 am
Not long in from a long night at the hospital, where my brilliant wife gave birth to our gorgeous little boy.

First kid and all that, so a tad giddy now I have done the rounds and find myself home alone for a bit.  :drinking:

Congrats to you both.

Everyone gives it the 'sleepless nights ahead' etc. But you might get lucky.

We had our little girl in November 2010. And within a few weeks she was sleeping right through the night.
Now she's 3 years old she's a right bed head and loves her bed. And a cheeky/lovely/caring little girl when she's awake.
But wow she's the best thing in my world.
I think it puts a new perspective and view on what 'love' is.

Take lots of pictures cause they grow and change so much, so fast.

Enjoy it.

Thanks chaps, I am on my way to bring him home very soon.
i guess walking through the door is the first 'oh shìt' moment haha.

Will confirm his name later today, the wife has been so tired with him being a 4am birth and then having a night on the ward.
